A rare and unique Ottoman Khanjar with a flamberge blade that recently came into my possession that I just had to grab because it is so ridiculously different. This piece is a rather large Ottoman Khanjar with a fine and slender Ottoman twist blade and it has been formed into a wave or flamberge style blade. The piece comes in its original scabbard which is stippled leather and gilt on iron fittings. The lower mount has no remaining gold (or never had any) and the upper mount has about 70% remaining. The blade is in good condition with some wear towards the base of the blade. This dagger can be yours for £1175 or best offer.
