C1800 Souson Patta £345

An interesting and affordable example of a souson patta, a rare Indian recurved sword which is usually placed on a high end hilt.

This piece has been mounted on a North Indian all steel hilt. The blade retains its sharp edge and is made of watered steel.

There are some nicks to the blades edge and the sword comes with a more recent scabbard.
