A rather rare Spada de Lato or Spada a Granchio, a crab claw sword. This sword is quite interesting as it is both a sword to be used by itself, with a rotella or as a paired left handed sword with a larger crab claw sword.
This type of sword is almost purely a military weapon and is from Venice, for use both on land and by the famous Venetian marines dating to the 16th to early 17th century.
